Mindspace Business Parks REIT on Friday announced its Q2'FY22 results reflecting a 6.77% rise in net operating income to Rs 359.2 crore. The company also said it will distribute an amount of Rs 272.8 crore, which is Rs 4.60 per unit, with over 90% being tax-exempt. The amount also includes Rs 253.8 crore/Rs 4.28 per unit in form of dividends and Rs 19 crore/Rs 0.32 per unit in form of interest.

The Enforcement Directorate said the Unitech group has been attached under the anti-money laundering law for assets worth Rs 18.14 crore belonging to alleged benami entities. Numerous restrictions were levied on the Laxmi Cooperative Bank Ltd, Solapur by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Friday. The limitations include a Rs 1,000 cap on withdrawals for customers, due to deterioration in its financial position. The restrictions imposed under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, will continue for six months from the close of business on November 12, 2021.

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has added a new hotel at Mcleodganj, Dharamshala, in Himachal Pradesh to its portfolio. The hotel, with 39 keys is owned by MK Enterprises and recently the hotel chain has signed its acquisition contract. Its opening is expected in September next year. Mcleodganj, a hill station suburb of Dharamshala, is located in Kangra district.

The IMF staff's baseline forecasts recommended that, for the advanced economy country group, on average, headline inflation will surge in the final months of 2021 and will plunge nearly 2% by mid-2022. For EMEs and developing economies, the IMF figures headline inflation to decline nearly 4% after a zooming 6.8% later this year.

The Sensex jumped 619.07 points, or 1.03%, to settle at 60,686.69, while the Nifty50 added 186 points, or 1.03%, to settle at 18,102.8 during the week.

FreshToHome is on an expansion spree with its plans to add 70 outlets by the end of this year. The online meat delivery platform plans to take its offline store count above 100 across the country. “We have seen a pattern that in areas where our offline stores are operational, the growth in online sales has jumped by six-seven times,” Shan Kadavil, Co-founder and CEO, FreshToHome said.
