What Account Deletion Means
Deleting your FlipItMoney account is a permanent action. Please review what is removed and what may be legally retained before submitting your request:
Permanent & Irreversible: Once your account is deleted, your login credentials, profile, and personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Any active subscription or in-progress loan / credit journey linked to your FlipItMoney account may be cancelled or become inaccessible.

How to Request Account Deletion
Entroq Technologies Private Limited provides a simple way to request deletion of your FlipItMoney account. The email method is fully supported and will be processed within 30 days.

Please include your registered mobile number (if any) so we can verify and locate your account.

Processing Timeline
All FlipItMoney account deletion requests are processed by Entroq Technologies Private Limited within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Within 2 business days: We send an acknowledgement confirming your deletion request has been received.
- Within 30 days: Your account profile, personal data, preferences, and in-app history are permanently deleted from FlipItMoney's active systems.
- Completion notice: You receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- Retained data notice: If any data must be retained for legal reasons, we will clearly state what is retained and for how long in the completion notice.
