The prices of gold prices stayed rangebound during the early trade on Wednesday. They currently are hovering around nine-month lows as traders stayed wary ahead of US inflation data, scheduled to be published later in the day. Gold futures were trading higher on the MCX, gaining about 0.15 percent or Rs74 at Rs 50,531 per 10 grams.

Yes Bank's credit committee is scheduled to meet on July 13 to discuss the sale of its asset reconstruction company (ARC). Reports claim that the bank's credit committee is expected to meet with JC Flowers selected as the H1 bidder with a bid of close to Rs 12,100 crore. The private lender is eyeing to transfer approximately Rs 51,000 crore of loans to an ARC to completely clean up its books.

Syngene International signed an agreement with Ampyr Renewable Energy Resources Eleven Private Limited to acquire up to 26% stake in its Special Purpose Vehicle-- Ampyr India Asset Holdings Private Limited.
