Swiggy has announced that it has inked a definitive deal with Times Internet to buy their restaurant tech platform called Dineout. With this agreement, Dineout will continue to operate as an independent app. As Swiggy is looking to capitalize on the platform's assets and strengthen its place in the dining out space. However, the food aggregator has not yet disclosed the size of the deal.

SBI posted a 41% growth in its Q4FY22 net profit at ₹9,113.5 cr from ₹6,450.7 cr in the year-ago quarter. Though the Q4FY22 profit was the highest ever, it missed analysts' estimates as bad loan provisions rose sequentially. The state-owned lender's net interest income surged by 15% YoY to ₹31,198 cr during Q4FY22 from ₹27,067 cr. The board has declared a dividend of ₹7.10 per equity share.
