Shares of HDFC Bank may remain in focus today as it reported a strong 22.3% growth in consolidated net profit of Rs 11,125 crore in the second quarter of FY23. Thereafter, brokerage firm Prabhudas Lilladher offered a buy call on HDFC shares with a target price of Rs 1,800. Similarly, Motilal Oswal has also given a buy tag with a target price of Rs 1,800.

Sequentially, the profit dropped 40% from Rs 316 crore earned in the last quarter. Despite this, Nirmal Bang gave an 'accumulate' rating on Shree Cement with an unaltered target of Rs 23,040.
