KEC International reported a net profit of Rs 87.6 cr, more than doubling from Rs 42 cr yoy, with revenue increasing 6.3% to Rs 4,512 cr. Operating income rose 10.6% to Rs 270 cr, with a 6% EBITDA margin. The company plans to raise up to Rs 6,000 cr through a qualified institutional placement & non-convertible debentures, aiming to raise Rs 4,500 crore via equity and Rs 1,500 crore via debentures.
