Terraform Labs: South Korea is treating Do kwon and the company unfairly

According to Terraform Labs, Korean prosecutors are unfairly treating the company and Do Kwon. The corporation asserts that after UST and Luna failed, Korea politicised the situation and disregarded the fundamental rights protected by Korean law. The compnay objected to the South Korean prosecutors' September 14 arrest warrant issued against Kwon and his 5 associates.
