Tech giant Accenture acquires Bengaluru-based Cientra Techsolution

Accenture has acquired Cientra Techsolution, a silicon design and engineering services company, and Excelmax Technologies, a semiconductor design services provider, although the financial details of the deals were not disclosed. The acquisitions will enhance Accenture's silicon design experience and help clients with semiconductor innovation. Cientra brings 530 experienced engineers to Accenture.
