Promoter Rajat Agrawal has offloaded a 4.63% equity stake in lead producer Gravita India through open market transactions on May 29, while promoters sold Rs 524.6 crore shares in Clean Science & Technology. Rajat Agrawal has offloaded 32 lakh shares in Gravita India at an average price of Rs 565 per share, as per bulk deals data available with the NSE.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has asked BSE to pay regulatory fee to the former based on annual turnover fee considering notional value in case of options contract.BSE in its filing to the exchanges on Friday stated that the regulator has also asked the company to pay differential regulatory fee for the past periods with applicable interest of 15% per annum.
