Moneyview halves IPO fresh issue size to Rs 750 crore

Moneyview, a digital lending platform backed by Accel and others, has halved its IPO fresh issue size to Rs 750 crore and reduced its OFS to 10.04 crore shares after SEBI allowed issue size reductions without DRHP refiling. Accel holds the largest stake at 21.89%. Proceeds will support loan growth and subsidiary capital augmentation.
