IPO Watch: Pace Digitek files draft papers with SEBI for ₹900 crore IPO

Pace Digitek Limited has filed a DRHP with SEBI for an IPO to raise ₹900 crore. The Bengaluru-based telecom passive infrastructure provider reported a 383.81% revenue surge to ₹2,434.48 crore in FY24 and a 1,290.38% profit growth to ₹229.87 crore. Funds from the IPO will be used for capital expenditure and corporate purposes.
