House of Abhinandan Lodha buys American Center in Mumbai for over Rs 56 cr

The House of Abhinandan Lodha has acquired the American Center in South Mumbai's Marine Lines for over Rs 56 crore, with plans to develop a super-luxury residential project with sea views. The seven-storey iconic property was previously part of the US Consulate General and has been lying vacant for a decade.
