Hindustan Copper eyeing to raise ₹500 Cr through debentures or bonds

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL)- a Miniratna company - is planning to raise up to ₹500 crore through the issuance of debentures. The Company's Board of directors will meet on Thursday, 30th June, 2022 to discuss and approve the mentioned fundraising. HCL's mines and factories are dispersed throughout five operational facilities in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.
