CRISIL Ratings assigned a CRISIL A1+ rating to the Rs550cr Commercial Paper programme (debt instrument) of Phillips Carbon Black Limited. At around 10.00 AM, Phillips Carbon Black Ltd was trading at Rs238.30 per piece up Rs1.85 or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs240.15. Phillips Carbon Black, a part of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, was set up by Mr. K. P. Goenka in 1960, for importing carbon black.
