CCI Approves UpGrad-Unacademy Merger

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved upGrad's acquisition of Unacademy's parent company, Sorting Hat Technologies Private Limited. The deal, valued at ₹2,055 crore, is approximately 90% below Unacademy's 2021 valuation.
