Real estate developer Prestige Group reported a Q3 FY24 profit of Rs 164.4 crore, up by 1.48% from the previous year with revenue at Rs 1,970.5 crore, down 16.06%. The company launched 14.62 msf and completed 4.12 msf in this period. In the first nine months of FY24, it had a revenue of Rs 16,333.4 crore and plans to develop.
