SEBI is considering a reform of IPO regulations. The capital markets regulator may cut down the requirement of 10% equity dilution for IPOs that have more than Rs 4,000 crores of post-issue equity capital. For less than Rs 4,000 crores of post-issue equity capital, equity dilution required is 25%. Decreasing dilution from 10% to 5% has been discussed in a recent online meetings.

New Delhi: Equitas Holdings on Monday said RBI has lifted the restrictions imposed on its small finance bank subsidiary in September last year. The Reserve Bank lifted the restrictions on Equitas Small Finance Bank (ESFB) subsequent to the listing of its equity shares, Equitas Holdings said in a BSE filing.

NSE on November 9 said it will launch its first agricultural commodity futures contract for crude degummed soybean oil on December 1. The contract will facilitate the soybean oils processing and allied industries in India and overseas, a perfect hedging tool for managing their price, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) said in a statement.

IT services major Wipro will give close to 80 percent or 1.5 lakh of its employees a single-digit salary hike effective December 1. This will be for employees at B3 and below levels, while increments for senior employees is still undecided,” sources told The Economic Times. The increments will be in line with previous years for high performers,” a Wipro spokesperson told the paper.

B2B sales productivity start-up Nektar.ai on Monday said it has raised $2.15 million in seed funding, led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Insignia Venture Partners, Arka Venture Labs, Better Capital and Vietnam Investments Group. The investment in sales tools globally has grown by five times, but the average sales quota attainment has fallen 40 percent, Nektar.ai CEO said.

New regulations that could force Ant to raise more capital to back lending and seek national licenses to operate across the country may reduce the firm’s valuation by about half, according to estimates from Morningstar Inc.
