Adani International Container Terminal Pvt Ltd (AICTPL) on Monday said its maiden $300 million bond issuance witnessed 10 times oversubscription. AICTPL, a JV between Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) and Terminal Investment Ltd (TIL), is a container terminal operating company based out of Mundra, having an annual capacity of handling over 3.1 million TEUs.

Markets regulator Sebi will auction properties of Sunheaven Agro India Ltd on January 18 at a reserve price of Rs 9.4 crore in order to recover investors' money. Sunheaven Agro had garnered funds from more than 7,700 investors through issuance of redeemable preference shares without complying with public issue norms. The properties to be auctioned are land parcels and a building in Kolkata.

Antony Waste Handling Cell, after consultation with merchant bankers, is expected to finalise the IPO basis of allotment this week. The Rs 300-crore public issue closed on December 23, with the subscription of 15 times. As per the schedule available in the prospectus, the finalisation of basis of allotment with the designated stock exchange will take place around December 29, 2020.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd crossed ₹1 trillion in market capitalisation for the first time on Monday after its shares hit a record high, having rallied more than 34% so far this year. The stock hit an all time high of ₹492.85 apiece on the BSE today, rising nearly 3% from its previous close. At 1239 pm, the scrip traded at ₹492.79, with a market cap of ₹1.01 trillion.

Paisalo Digital share price zoomed 17% intraday on December 28 after SBI Life Insurance bought 38 lakh shares of the company. SBI Life Insurance on December 24 acquired 8.99 percent stake in non-deposit taking NBFC Paisalo Digital for Rs 186.20 crore. The open market transaction involved the acquisition of 38 lakh shares at Rs 489.99 each.

Uttam Sugar Mills Limited decides to redeem 3 lakh, 6.50% NonCumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs100 each. “The Preference Share Redemption Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at a meeting held on December 24, 2020, decided to redeem 3,00,000, 6.50% NonCumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs100/- each,” company said in a regulatory filing on Friday.

Looking to crack down on instant loan apps facing scrutiny over harassing defaulters, Telangana Police had asked Google to remove 158 unauthorised lending apps from the Google Play Store. This comes after complaints against representatives of loans apps harassing borrowers along with cases of suicide after collection agents contacted relatives and friends that they have defaulted on loans.
