Adani Wilmar's shares registered lower circuit for the third straight session on Friday due to muted performance in March 2022 quarter. The company had posted a 25.62 per cent fall in net profit to Rs 234.29 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2021-22, compared to a profit of Rs 315 crore in the same period the previous year. Revenue from operations came in at Rs 14,960.37 crore.

Jindal Worldwide has completed the acquisition of a Mumbai-based electric vehicle start-up called Earth Energy EV. The aforementioned acquisition has been completed through its subsidiary Jindal Mobilitric. It has been affirmed that Jindal Mobilitric intends to pitch up a new manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad. In the first quarter of 2022, Block’s Cash App generated $1.73 billion in bitcoin purchases and $43 million in bitcoin gross profit. This is a 51% and 42% down year over year, respectively.
