General Electric stock spikes after Larry Culp takes charge of Aviation

The shares of General Electric (GE) edged higher on Monday after the company revealed that its CEO Larry Culp is set on a course to take charge of its aviation unit. The aforementioned move would see John Slattery, the current CEO of the Aviation division taking up the role of the Chief Commercial Officer in the business division and Larry Culp taking over the aviation division.
