Birla Estates announces sales of Rs 2,500 crore for Silas at Birla Niyaara

Birla Estates Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Limited and the real estate venture of the Aditya Birla Group, on May 2 announced record sales of its tower Silas at Birla Niyaara that clocked Rs 2,500 crore at launch.According to the company, this has propelled Birla Niyaara’s cumulative sales thus far to over Rs 5,400 crore.
