A handful of global and domestic private equity funds including CVC Capital Partners, Temasek Holdings, Warburg Pincus and Multiples Alternate Asset Management have evinced interest to acquire the animal health business of Cadila Healthcare Ltd, multiple people aware of the development said. The proposed deal is expected to value Zydus Animal Health and Investments at Rs 2,500 crore, they said.
