The Delhi High Court Thursday upheld the Singapore's Emergency Arbitrator's (EA) order restraining Future Retail Ltd (FRL) from going ahead with its Rs 24,713 crore deal with Reliance Retail to sell its business, which was objected to by US-based e-commerce giant Amazon. The Court rejected Future Group's argument that the Emergency Award was a nullity, imposing a penalty of Rs 20 lakh on Future.

Accenture enhanced its full-year revenue forecast on Thursday and reported second-quarter revenue above analysts' estimates, as more businesses used its digital services to shift operations to the cloud. The company now expects full-year revenue to grow between 6.5% and 8.5% in the local currency, compared to its previous guidance of 4% to 6%.

Private airliner GoAir is planning to file a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for its IPO in April to raise around Rs 4,000 crore, reported CNBC-TV18. According to its annual report for FY2020, the Wadia-group promoted company's debt stands at Rs 1,780 crore as on March 2020. For the IPO, ICICI Securities, Citi, and Morgan Stanley are the lead bankers.

A delayed shipment of AstraZeneca Plc’s Covid-19 vaccine from India by Serum Institute is behind a cut in the U.K.’s supply starting later this month. Adar Poonawalla, the Serum Institute’s chief executive officer, however, told the U.K.’s Telegraph newspaper that the delay had to do with the Indian government allowing the export of the doses to the U.K., and had “nothing to do" with the company.

Bharti Airtel's African arm, Airtel Africa, on Thursday reported investment firm TPG's Rise Fund will invest $200 mn in telco's mobile money business at a valuation of $2.65 bn. Airtel Mobile Commerce BV is currently the holding company for many Airtel Africa's mobile money operations. It is eyeing to own and operate the mobile money businesses across Airtel Africa's 14 operating countries.
