Limited (MSEDCL) on March 07, 2024. This LoA, which is worth ₹1,540 crore, is for setting up a 306 MW grid-connected solar power project.

Shares of Gujarat Gas (GGL) traded in loss, while those of Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) gained early on March 11 after the company entered into a contract to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Nvidia has been sued by three authors who said it used their copyrighted books without permission to train its NeMo AI platform. Brian Keene, Abdi Nazemian and Stewart O'Nan said their works were part of a dataset of about 196,640 books that helped train NeMo to simulate ordinary written language, before being taken down in October "due to reported copyright infringement."

Asset reconstruction companies (ARCs) are lining up for the bankrupt ACCIL Corp's ₹270 crore debt in what is turning out to be a rare 100% recovery for banks. The asset in question is an ACCIL-owned hotel in Jaipur, which has been put on block by lenders to recover their dues. Last month, Omkara ARC beat competitor Asset Reconstruction Company of India (Arcil).

The four observations issued are procedural in nature. The US drug regulator inspected the oncology formulations (injectable and oral solid) unit at Panelav from February 28 to March 8.

Shares of Tata Chemicals, which rallied 36% in the last 4 trading sessions, hit the 10% lower circuit limit at Rs 1,183.45 on BSE in Monday’s trade as the Tata Group is said to be trying to avoid the Tata Sons IPO. The impact was also felt on Tata Investment Corporation shares which hit the 5% lower circuit after jumping 28% last week.

A block deal involving 2.6 crore shares, representing a 6.7 percent stake, in InterGlobe Aviation, which operates IndiGo, took place on the exchanges on March 11. The total transaction value of the deal came in at Rs 7,823 crore. The IndiGo stock declined 3 percent to Rs 3,020 after the transaction. Moneycontrol couldn't immediately identify the seller or the buyer.

JM Financial shares fell 8 percent in the early trade on March 11 after the Securities and Exchange Board (SEBI) barred  it from taking any new mandate for acting as a lead manager for any public issue of debt securities. At 9.20 am, the stock were quoting at Rs 81.35 on the NSE, lower by 7.5 percent from the previous close.
