Pfizer is eyeing to exit its 32% stake in Haleon after the business is spun off as an independent listed company in July. Haleon is a consumer health joint venture of Pfizer and GSK. Following Pfizer's exit, GSK, which has a 68% controlling interest in Haleon, is expected to retain Pfizer's stake in the consumer health arm. GSK had announced the same in February as Pfizer signalled to exit.

Dehradun-situated wellness retreat Vana has informed that it will be rebranded as ‘Six Senses Vana – a wellness retreat“ by end of this fall. Vana's CEO Neil Jacob mentioned that under this new branding, the retreat will respect sustainable farming, traditional wisdom, and nature. Binance has created a crypto payment gateway on the hotel's website, through which customers can pay for the hotel fare.
