Brokerage firm Sharekhan is of the opinion that the HDFC Life Insurance Company stock could breach the consolidation phase it is currently in. The share price of HDFC Life has dipped from around ₹650 to ₹545 apiece levels. According to Sharekhan, the stock of HDFC Life could go up to the ₹740 per share level i.e. a 35 percent rise in the long term.

The car sales of Munich-based carmaker BMW dipped in the first half of 2022. The company sold 13% fewer cars in H1 of 2022 against the same period in 2021. Its board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share for the financial year 2021-22 and has set 11th July 2022 as the record date for payment of the dividend. Compass Mining announced that it is reducing staff by 15% and also cutting employees' salaries. According to the Bitcoin mining company, senior employees and the executive team had their salaries reduced by up to 50%. "While painful, these changes will enable Compass to stay agile and well-positioned in this evolving market, which has challenged many of our industry peers," said the company.
