For the first quarter of FY23, Infosys is predicted to report a 5.5 – 9.5 percent year-on-year (YoY) development in its consolidated profit after tax (PAT). It is further expected that the company will register a PAT of Rs 5,500 – 5,700 crore for Q1FY23. The brokerages anticipate the growth to be broad-based across verticals driven by a strong push in digital transformation programs.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced an interim dividend of ₹1.10 per equity share for the financial year FY22, and fixed August 12, 2022, as the 'Record Date', for the purpose of determining the Members' eligible to receive a dividend on the equity shares. The lender’s net profit stood at ₹6,904.94 crores for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 (Q1FY23) period, a growth of 49.59% compared to ₹4,616.02 crores in the same period last year. Q1 PAT, however, declined from ₹7,018.71 crores recorded in the preceding quarter. ICICI Bank is headquartered in Vadodara.

ONGC informed about signing gas sale agreements with GAIL India and Assam Gas Company Ltd (AGCL). According to the reports, the company is to monetise its forthcoming field at Khubal in North Tripura with this initiative. Under this deal, GAIL and AGCL will get 50,000 standard cubic metres of gas each from the Khubal Gas Gathering Station (GGS).

HDFC Asset Management Company’s profit after tax stood at Rs 314.19 crore for the quarter ended June 2022, registering a decline of 9% against a profit of Rs 345.45 crore in the year-ago quarter.
