SBC Exports Limited announced that it has garnered an Rs36.06 crore Export Order from a Dubai-based Company for the supply of various Garment articles including T-Shirts, Trousers, Shorts etc. Owing to this, the shares of SBC Exports Limited spiked in Friday's trading session. At around 2:34 PM, SBC Exports was trading 3.91% higher than its previous closing on the BSE.

On October 21, IDBI Bank hit a massive 46% year-on-year standalone profit growth for September 30, despite a jump in provisions, supported by healthy NII growth and operating performance. Standalone profit rose to Rs 828 crore during the quarter, up from Rs 567 crore in the corresponding last fiscal period. The sequential gain in profit was 10%.

The consolidated net profit of Hindustan Zinc stood at ₹2,680 crores, a gain of almost 33%, against ₹2,017 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. It reported revenue from operations of over 6% to ₹8,336 crores in Q2FY23 due to higher refined metal & silver volumes. EBITDA stood at ₹4,387 crores, up 31.7% y-o-y and down 16.9% sequentially.

On Friday, HDFC Life Insurance Co. registered 19% growth in net profit to ₹326.24 crores for the September quarter. The company declared a net profit of ₹274.16 crores in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. The net premium income for the quarter grew to nearly 15% to ₹1,3110.91 cr from ₹11443.96 in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
