Capri Global Holdings Pvt Ltd sold 25 lakh shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance, amounting to 0.53% stake, for Rs 43 crore through an open market transaction. The average price was Rs 171.45 per share, reducing their holdings in the company from 3.61% to 3.08%. The buyers were not disclosed and shares of Indiabulls Housing fell 6.47% that day.

The company also received a tax notice for Rs 16,822 crore. Delta Corp operates in gaming, hospitality and online skill gaming and has expressed intent to contest the tax notice.
