Goldman Sachs bought over 7.4 lakh shares in India Shelter Finance Corporation on Monday via block deal at a cost of approximately Rs 56 crore. After NTPC Green's Rs 10,000 crore IPO by the end of 2024, SJVN Green Energy will likely follow suit by listing its subsidiary SJVN Green Energy to raise capital to fund its growth, sources said. SGEL has a target of 25,000 MW of installed capacity by 2030 and 50,000 MW by 2040. SJVN is expected to incur Rs 12,000 crore capex in FY25, most of which are expected to be incurred.
