Radhakishan Damani, founder of DMart, has increased his stake in VST Industries by 2% to 34.7% during the June quarter, while reducing his holding in Blue Dart Express by 0.1% to 1.3%. VST Industries, a tobacco products manufacturer, has a market capitalization of approximately ₹4,055 per share. Blue Dart Express, a logistics company, has a market capitalization of around ₹8,371 per share.

Jupiter Wagons Ltd's Fund Raising Committee has approved a qualified institutional placement (QIP) with a floor price of ₹689.47 per equity share. The company filed the preliminary placement document with BSE and NSE on July 8, 2024. Under SEBI regulations, Jupiter Wagons may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price for the issue.
