The value of equity holdings of the nation's financial powerhouse LIC has crossed $77 billion by the end of the September quarter which is a shade below its record holding of $84 billion in the March 2018 quarter, rallying over 40 percent in the first half, says a report. But since the second quarter, the market has rallied around 13% & the value of LIC holdings went up in line with the market.
