Max Estates has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with New York Life Insurance Company (NYL), according to a stock exchange filing. Under the terms of the MoU, NYL is set to inject investments into two key entities under the Max Estates umbrella: Max Towers Private Limited (MTPL) and Pharmax Corporation Limited (PCL).
