Kerry Group has launched a blended dairy range called Smug, aiming to provide a "middle ground" between traditional dairy and plant-based alternatives. The range includes six products with 40% less saturated fat and up to 54% fewer CO2 emissions compared to traditional dairy. Despite declining consumption of fresh cow's milk, Kerry targets "conscious dairy lovers".
