Global stock markets heaved a sigh of relief last night when Jerome Powell assured investors that it is unlikely for the US Fed to go for a rate hike. After the Dow Jones ended higher overnight, the Sensex was also up around 200 points this morning. Investors are now beginning to doubt whether the Fed would be in a position to go for rate cuts at all in the calendar year 2024.

The third fund has garnered strong support from a diverse mix of investors, including insurance companies, family offices, corporate treasuries and high net-worth individuals (HNI), it said in a statement.

The company has pre-launched a 2-acre project — Prestige Ocean Towers, which has just 169 residences across two towers. The project has a developable potential of 4.62 lakh square feet carpet area.
