ArcelorMittal, the world's second-largest steel company, has reportedly cautioned the British government that a planning decision expected this week could result in a crucial division exiting the United Kingdom, media reports suggested on Monday. JSW Infra reported a net profit of ₹330 crore for the March quarter, marking a 10% increase from the ₹300 crore posted in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter reached ₹1,096 crore, up approximately 20% from the ₹915.30 cr.

Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation fell 20.7% year-on-year to ₹11.5 crore. Margin also fell by over 350 basis points to 21.9% from 25.5% last year.
