Top brokerages bullish on Reliance, raise price targets

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) has identified over 700 properties on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) stretch from Kempapura to JP Nagar IV Phase for the construction of the 32.2-km Orange Line under Phase III. The acquisition of these properties, located along the proposed line connecting the Blue Line (KIA-Silk Board) and Pink Line (Kalena Agrahara-Nagawara).

The company announced a correction to the issue price of their recently announced preferential share issue. The price per share is Rs. 2.75. They are moving forward with issuing new equity shares at Rs 2.75/share.

According to BSE data, the issue attracted bids for 128.98 crore equity shares against the 23.72 lakh equity shares available for subscription.
