Titan has signed a joint venture agreement with Rhythm Jewelery to establish a jewelry manufacturing, marketing, and retailing company in Bangladesh, with Titan holding a 76% stake and Rhythm 24%. The venture will launch Tanishq, Titan's jewelry brand, with a manufacturing facility in Narayanganj. Titan will have a majority on the board, with three directors, while Rhythm will have one.
