Singapore's state investment firm Temasek has sold 1.1 percent stake in Indian hospital chain Medanta for S$64 million, generating a realised internal rate of return of about 26 percent over nine years. This partial exit will put the multiple on invested capital at eight times and Temasek retains a stake of about 17 percent in Medanta.
