SEC's Crypto Enforcement Chief Steps Down After Nearly Nine Years

Kogta Financial, an NBFC, has raised Rs 1,230 crore in a series E funding round from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP), providing a partial exit to Creador and Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. The deal values the company at around $600 million, with OTPP picking up a 24% stake. The founders retain over 30% ownership, and the firm plans to expand into new geographies & explore new products.
