Sebi proposes 2 exemptions to additional disclosure framework for FPIs

Lupin Limited has announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a pre-approval inspection of its manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey. The inspection, which took place from May 7 to May 17, 2024, concluded with the issuance of a Form-483, containing six observations. In a statement to BSE, Lupin disclosed such information.
