Sebi asks BSE to pay regulatory fee on options contract

PB Fintech, the parent company that houses online marketplaces Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, on May 7 reported a second straight quarter of profit in the January-March period.The listed insurance aggregator, which had managed to break-even in the previous quarter, posted a net profit of Rs 60.19 crore for fourth quarter of the financial year 2023-24 (Q4FY24), up from a loss of Rs 9.34 crore.

AC maker Voltas Ltd on May 7 reported 19% decline in consolidated net profit (attributable to owners) at Rs 116 crore for the quarter ended Marchg 31, 2024. It reported consolidated net profit of Rs 144 crore in the year-ago period.The Tata group firm's consolidated revenue from operations rose 42% to Rs 4,203 crore in Q4FY24 as compared to Rs 2,957 crore in Q4FY23.

IT company LTIMindtree on Tuesday said it has collaborated with American technology company IBM to establish a global, joint Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for India. The centre will focus on building point solutions to accelerate clients' generative AI adoption journeys.According to a company statement, the CoE plans to offer a comprehensive suite of services.
