Aditya Birla Sun Life's Quant Fund NFO has raised ₹2,416 crore from 1.25 lakh investors, the highest collection by any Birla Group NFO. The open-ended equity scheme, which combines human expertise and quantitative models, received responses from 1,23,762 investors. The fund will invest in the top 75 stocks of India's top mutual fund houses, with fund managers Harish Krishnan and Dhaval Joshi.

Advent International's Bharat Serums & Vaccines (BSV) sale process has narrowed to three bidders: a consortium of EQT and ADIA, Mankind Pharma, and a consortium of ChrysCapital, Warburg Pincus, and Mubadala. ACME Solar Holdings has filed for a Rs 3,000 crore IPO, comprising Rs 2,000 crore of fresh shares and Rs 1,000 crore of shares sold by founder entity ACME Cleantech Solutions. The draft prospectus has been filed with Sebi for approval, with Nuvama Wealth Management, ICICI Securities, and others as IPO managers. Proceeds from the fresh issuance will be used to repay some loans.
