Lupin Limited has announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted a pre-approval inspection of its manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey. The inspection, which took place from May 7 to May 17, 2024, concluded with the issuance of a Form-483, containing six observations. In a statement to BSE, Lupin disclosed such information.

This week Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was addressing brokers in BSE. She appealed to the exchanges to maintain stability and mitigate systemic risk to protect the retail investor.
