YEIDA has secured Rs 500 crore investment from e-auction of 45 plots, each measuring 1000 sq meters. The plots were auctioned for corporate office spaces in the YEIDA region. While the reserve price for each plot was set at Rs 2.50 crore, amounting to a total bid price of Rs 112.50 crore, the authority secured Rs 265.14 crore through the auction— an excess of Rs 152.64 crore.

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gase has filed preliminary papers with SEBI to raise funds via a public issue. The company was listed on Calcutta Stock Exchange and was subsequently delisted effective July 2, 2018. Further, it was using the trading platform of BSE under permitted to trade category since July 3, 2008 but the same was suspended effective March 8, 2017.

Access to data will be a pioneering initiative to enhance transparency and reliability in REITs, Sebi whole-time member Ashwani Bhatia said while launching three DBI. The three platforms have been developed by CAMS, CARE Edge, and KFin Tech under guidance of the SEBI. Through the DBIs, investors can access information on performance of REITs, operation metrics, valuation standards and disclosures.
