Oscar Properties chair departs as bondholders demand repayment

The chair and another board member at Oscar Properties are leaving the group, the struggling Swedish landlord said late on Thursday, as its problems continue to deepen. The statement followed news that holders of its senior unsecured bonds were seeking immediate repayment of some 884 million Swedish crowns ($81 million). Shares in the property group were down 30% in early trade on Friday.

Gujarat Gas reported a 11 percent jump in net profit to Rs 409.54 crore in the quarter ended March 31, compared to Rs 369.22 in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing issued on May 6. Sequentially, the profit surged 85.9 percent from Rs 220.34 crore in the December quarter, according to the filing.The company’s revenue from operations jumped 5.4 percent to Rs 4,293.86 crore.
