Shares of RateGain Travel Technologies surged almost 12 percent in intra-day deals on Tuesday after the firm posted strong results for the quarter ended March 2024 (Q4FY24).The company's net profit rose 48 percent year-on-year (YoY) to ₹50 crore while its operating revenue also grew 40 percent YoY to ₹255.8 crore. On the operating front, its EBITDA surged 68.5 percent YoY to ₹54.2 crore.

Ashish Jain, CFO of KRBL says export challenges led to overall revenue for April-March 2023-24 remaining flat. The company had earlier talked about distribution challenges in Saudi Arabia in the branded export segment. Also, Iran slashed prices by about 36%. However, Jain expects to tackle the export market situation soon and end the current financial year (FY25) with double-digit revenue.

However, not all of Wall Street's brightest investment minds are in agreement on how best to play the AI revolution.
