Lithium-Ion battery maker RCRS Innovations is expected to raise Rs 30-32 crore via IPO in mid-June with the price band at Rs 60-70 per share, two sources aware of the matter told Moneycontrol requesting anonymity.According to the DRHP, the public offer will be entirely a fresh issue of shares. The company intends to utilise net proceeds from the offering to meet its working capital requirement.
