Minda Industries' board to review bonus shares issue tomorrow

Minda Industries' board will review the issuance of bonus shares in a meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. While announcing the financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2022, the company will also consider the final dividend on equity & preference shares. The board will also review raising funds via the issue of debt securities up to ₹1,000 crores in one or more tranches.
