MapmyIndia buys 26.37% stake in KOGO for INR 10 Cr

Listed geotech startup MapmyIndia has acquired a 26.37% interest in gamified social travel commerce platform KOGO for a consideration of INR 10 Cr ($1.25 Mn). MapmyIndia’s Mappls technology suite was recently integrated with the GoI’s Unified Logistics Interface Platform and via the acquisition, KOGO will get access to the Mappls technology suite.
